What is Craniosacral Therapy? Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, light-touch bodywork modality that releases tensions stored deep within the body. The craniosacral system is a physiological rhythm within the body that can be explained as a pulse of the central nervous system. This pulse brings cerebrospinal fluid throughout the system of the brain, spinal cord and sacrum. A Craniosacral Practitioner utilizes the craniosacral pulse to assess areas of restriction in the cranium, sacrum, and throughout the body. With listening and guidance from the body, these areas can be unwound. This brings the body into balance and a restorative rhythm.

What are the benefits of Craniosacral Therapy? CST works on balancing not only the central nervous system, but addresses many systems of the body such as the endocrine, immune, and respiratory systems. Many conditions can be helped by CST including anxiety, insomnia, depression, ADHD, chronic pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, whiplash, concussions and more.
